Who provides the service

SocialCrisis.org is operated by [NOMBRE O RAZON SOCIAL] ([NIF / CIF]), registered at [DOMICILIO]. Write to us at hola@socialcrisis.org.

What this is

Crisis Cabinet is a place to put a dilemma on the table and receive anonymous opinions. Whoever opens a cabinet is its president; whoever answers is a minister.

The opinions you read are written by other people. They are not professional advice: not medical, not legal, not financial, not psychological. Whatever you decide, the decision is yours.

Minimum age

You must be 14 or older to use the service. If we find an account belonging to someone younger, we will delete it.

What may not be published

Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, other people’s personal data, impersonation, spam, and anything that constitutes a crime.

Every answer goes through an automated moderation filter before being published. We may also remove content and block accounts whenever we consider it necessary to protect the community.

Public cabinets and payments

Publishing a cabinet on the front page costs €1 (VAT included) per cabinet, as a one-off payment processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

As this is digital content delivered immediately, by paying you expressly request immediate performance and accept that your right of withdrawal lapses once the cabinet is published.

If you delete a cabinet you had published, there is no refund.

Your content

What you write remains yours. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the service, in the anonymous form you already know.

If you answer in a private cabinet, its president may later make it public. Your answer stays anonymous, but becomes visible to anyone. We tell you this before you write, and by email if it happens.

Availability

The service is offered as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change or close it with reasonable notice.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile and to use the European online dispute resolution platform.
